TERI is undertaking a 4-year medium-sized UNDP-GEF Project on Behalf of Ministry of Environment and Forests (MoEF). The project aims to demonstrate ‘Resource Efficient Brick’ (REB) Technologies in different regions of the country as well as build awareness about the benefits of REBs among various stakeholders. The project would be implemented through local resource centres (LRCs) to be established in different regions (North, East, West, South and North-East). Project Description | |
This is a research study. CEPT and Weidt Group (TWG) have collaborated for this study. The purpose of this project /study is to determine appropriate energy efficient technologies for inclusion in specific ECBC Tiers so that builders and developers can develop some capacity during the time that ECBC is in voluntary stage. This exercise will result in a stronger deployment of ECBC in both the voluntary and mandatory phases. |
