Project Description

 The institute project foam will be covering following activities:

  • Assist iNDEXTb in preparation of Tender documents
  • Assist iNDEXTb in the e-tendering process.
  • Assist iNDEXTb in evaluation of proposals received through e-tendering and selection of agencies including event contractor.
  • Checking of drawings and specifications submitted by the event contractor.
  • Periodic inspection of ongoing work.
  • Supervision of repairs of civil work of the pavilion.
  • Architectural inputs / suggestions.
  • Electrical load calculations and ensure proper installation of all electrical apparatus and equipments.
  • Advise on costs /assist iNDEXTb in settling rates with agency and bill certification.
  • Submitting one intermediate and one final quality report in two copies.
  • Any other work within the sphere of engineering consultancy as the committee on IITF 2009 considers necessary for the successful participation of Gujarat in IITF 2009.
