 The Scope of work

• Assist in preparation of conceptual layout
• Assist in preparation of Bid Documents as applicable
• Assist in evaluation of proposals and selection of agencies
• Proof-checking of drawings and specifications submitted by the agencies.
• Periodic visits to the site and monitoring of the ongoing work for major events after mobilizing the agencies.
• Generating intermediate and final quality reports.

 The Scope of work for this assignment will consist of:-

• Preparation of conceptual layout
• Preparation of Bid documents
• Selection of Agencies
• Proof-checking of drawings and specifications submitted by the agencies.
• Site visits
• Preparation of Quality report
• Bill certification.

 This third party inspection through our institute team’s professional services will be on projects being executed under Vikasshil Taluka Grant by Govt. of Gujarat. Overall scope of the professional services is:-

• Quality assurance through periodic visits.
• Bill checking and certification.

Objectives of this inspection work are:-

(a)   To provide professional advise towards effective quality assurance of construction activities of the, works being developed executed at ECO Garden porbandar.

(b)  To provide professional assistance for checking of bills submitted by contractors / Architects for various works being developed executed at ECO garden porbandar.
