 Objectives of this consultancy are rendering professional services in the field of detail engineering design services pertaining to upgradation and augmentation of existing building, interior & furniture work for offices at Kandala & Gandhidham including detailed engineering drawing, services, infrastructure etc.

 

The scope of work involves:-

 

Part (i) Preparation of comprehensive action plan report based on review of existing building conditions.

 

Part (ii) Detail designs, estimates BOQ and tender preparation.

  • Rendering Professional services in the field of detail engineering design services for construction of VVIP Guest House at Port Colony including Detailed Engineering drawings, Services, Infrastructure, Quality assurance and Periodic inception as detailed scope mentioned below.

Scope of Work:-

  • Consultancy services for detailed engineering design of construction of VVIP Guest House at Port Colony including preparation of :-

1.     Detail Architectural designs

2.     Structural designs

3.     Infrastructures designs

4.     Services including electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, lifts Acoustics

5.     Preparation of BOQ, Tender document, and selection of contractors including prequalification etc.

6.     Quality assurance, periodic visits at site [Monthly site visit]

  • Review of drawings and specifications submitted by the agencies.
  • Periodic visits to the site and monitoring of the ongoing work for event after mobilizing the agencies.
  • Generating intermediate and final quality reports.
  • Advise on costs /assist sports authority of Gujarat in setting rates with agency.
  • Assist sports authority of Gujarat in bill certification.
