CEPT Residency, located in Block B of the AES-endowed accommodation premises, is a dedicated residential facility designed to support student life with comfort, safety, and a sense of community. It offers a welcoming environment where students can study, unwind, and build friendships in a supportive, inclusive setting. Floors are separately organised for girls and boys, ensuring safety, privacy, and well-being for all residents.
The Residency is situated 1.5 km from CEPT University and provides thoughtfully designed twin-sharing, air-conditioned rooms with attached bathrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, and secure storage. Each floor includes shared amenities, including a pantry equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, and water dispenser. The facility is supported by 24/7 security, regular housekeeping, a cafeteria, and scheduled transport services connecting the Residency to campus.
