CEPT University is committed to creating an educational environment that equally supports and nurtures men and women of the CEPT community. In order to accomplish the above goal of having a gender inclusive educational and work environment, CEPT University has constituted a group called the Gender Parity Mission
Policies, guidelines and initiatives under the Gender Parity Mission are applicable to/ inclusive of all members of CEPT University.
The Gender Parity Mission shall focus on initiatives such as sexual harassment policy and guidelines for action, employment policies, sensitization initiatives with students, faculty and staff, review of educational content and pedagogy, professional mentoring, review and upgradation of infrastructure and facilities within the CEPT campus, etc.

Policy against Sexual Harassment
The Mission also fulfills the statutory requirements of the Women's Cell to be constituted under Hon. Supreme Court's, MHRD's, UGC’s, Human Right's Commission's directions.

The initiatives already taken up by the Mission include:
- Setting up of the Creche Facility on campus
- Health and Safety Audit of the Campus
- Staff Policy Review
Creche Facility
Timing: From 10.00 am to 7:00 pm on all working days. It will be open on all working days for children between the ages of 1 to 12.
The Creche is available to:
- All full time and part time employees of CEPT University
- All full time and part time employees of CRDF
- All visiting faculty (current teaching status)
- All bonafide students
Registration for availing Crèche Facilities:
- To avail the crèche facility, online registration is must of each child before they can be dropped off. Please register here
- Parents are required to sign on attendance register when dropping off and picking up their children.
Revised charges (w.e.f. 1st nov., 2018)
- Full day – more than 5 hours per day - Rs.1600/- per month
- Half day – less than 5 hours per day – Rs. 1200/- per month
- Less than 3 hours per day – Rs. 800/- per month
- Less than 40 hours per month(approx. 1.5 hours per day) – Rs. 400/- per month
- Minimum charges to use crèche – Rs. 80/- per day
