Talks at BDes: Learning and Leadership

Sharique Farooqi is a design educator and learning and development coach. A product design graduate from the National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad, and a United Nations Development Programme fellow at Domus Academy, Milan, he has taught at the National Institute of Fashion Technology and founded the Craft Development Institute, Srinagar. He is currently associated with the Creatnet Institute of Applied Management, New Delhi, focusing on leadership and team development. In this talk, he reflects on leading oneself from within, exploring emotional intelligence and its role in leadership and workplace relationships.
