Mayur Bhalavi

Mayur Bhalavi is a mechanical engineer(B.Tech) turned product designer(M.Des) based out of Ahmedabad. He practices as an independent design consultant and a visiting faculty of Design, with interest and recent work in the field of maker movement, experimental design, creative thinking, storytelling and self-expression through objects, designing with crafts and mechanics. Mayur is also interested in working towards addressing the concerns like consumerism, preservation of tradition and culture, gender and sexuality based biases, social sustainability, and environmental degradation associated with the field of design.
