A: After the successful completion of the program, the student will be awarded the degree of M. Tech (Construction Engineering and Management).

A: There is no provision of dual degree programs currently at CEPT University. However, the University allows you to take up to 15 % credits in any other program offered by other faculties—Architecture, Planning, Design and Management—at the university.

A: Yes, candidates currently working can apply for the program. The application criteria, eligibility criteria and other relevant information can be checked as specified in program website.

A: GATE qualification is not compulsory while applying for University seats (All India seats) in M.Tech programs at CEPT University.

A: Yes, there is a written test for those who do not have a GATE score or do not wish to apply using their GATE score. A common Online CEPT PG Test is organised for all the postgraduate programs.

A: For MCEM program students can use GATE Score from the following papers either as standalone choices or in combination with other subjects—AR (Architecture and Planning) or CE (Civil Engineering). If you have taken any of these papers in combinations with other papers that are not listed here, then also you can use your GATE score.

A: Yes.

A: CEPT PG Test will be online home-based exam. It will consist of Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs) related to Verbal English, Logical Reasoning, and Mathematical Ability.

A: The MCEM curriculum includes immersion in global practices within the construction engineering and management domain through travel-based courses, an academic exchange semester and DRP (Directed Research Projects) opportunities in Australia, Portugal, Singapore, and the United States.

A: Several students receive financial support along with guidance each year to attendant high-quality conferences related to their area of work. The MCEM program maintains strong connections with several professional bodies at CEPT University (such as Project Management Institute(PMI),Royal Institute of Charted Surveyor(RICS),British Standard Institute (BSI Uk), Build smart International, India chapters, Bureau of Indian Standards(BIS), IGBC (Indian Green Building Council (IGBC), Green Ratings for Habitat Assessment(GRIHA),Confederation of Indian Industry(CII),CREDAI(Private Real Estate Developer’s Bodies, Gujarat Institute of Civil Engineers and Architects(GICEA),, enabling students to regularly engage with leading industry professionals through talks, workshops, and collaborative activities.

A: The students of the CEM program are placed in multinational well-known advisory and consulting firms like CBRE, Enrst&Young, Mott MacDonald, KPMG, Deloitte etc; PMC Firms like: Turner Construction Company, Aarvee Associate, Atkins, etc; Contracting firms like: SPCL, Simplex Infrastructure Pvt.
