CEPT Scholarships
1) Pre-Admissions Scholarship
Pre-Admissions Scholarships provide financial support to eligible candidates. The pre-admission scholarships are mainly of two types
The Pre-Admissions Merit-based Scholarship is awarded based on the student’s merit position at the time of admission. Meritorious students receive the Pre-admission merit scholarship as per University norms at the time of admission.
The Pre-Admissions Means-based Scholarship is awarded to students from among eligible applicants, based on the income documents shared. Students with a family income of less than Rs. 12 lakhs per annum are eligible to apply for this scholarship
Means-based Scholarship Application Process:
- You may apply for the Means-based Scholarship after submitting the admission application in the program of your interest. The scholarship application form is available on the student dashboard.
- Applicants need to fill out the online scholarship form only once, even if applying to multiple programs.
List of documents required to apply for the means scholarship:
Income Tax Returns of all earning family members for the last two years along with a copy of the Detailed Income Computation. (Financial year 2023-24 Assessment Year 2024-25, Financial year 2024-25 Assessment Year 2025-26).
OR
If the Income Tax Returns are not filed, an annual family income certificate issued by appropriate Government Authority. (Financial year 2024-25).OR
If Income Tax Return have not been filed and the parent(s) are salaried employees, please submit a copy of Form 16 Copy/Salary Certificate issued by the Employer for the last two years i.e. Financial year 2023-24 & Financial year 2024-25- If Parent(s) are having business income, a copy of the Signed/Audited Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account for the Financial year 2024-25 -Assessment Year 2025-26.
- List of Immovable Properties and Investments owned by the family along with Approx. Market Value as on 31.3.2025 (as per the prescribed format in the scholarship form).
- Copy of Bank statement for the last nine months April 2025 to Dec 2025.
- Annual Information Statement (AIS) (part of 26As) for Financial year 2024-25, Assessment Year 2025-26. Download from the Income Tax site.
- Student undertaking that they are not recipients of any other government/private scholarships, grants or benefits (as per the prescribed format in the scholarship form).
- Family Income declaration by parents/guardians, stating definite income as per the Income tax return Financial Year 2024-25 from all sources by way of an affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 50 is required (as per the prescribed format in the scholarship form).
- Copy of Bank passbook or blank crossed cheque of the bank (Account must be in the name of the student applying for Scholarship).
- Educational Expenses of other siblings and any Government/Other help (as per prescribed format in the scholarship form).
- Receipt of Fee payment for the last semester/year attended at the last School/College/ University.
Important Instructions:
- Please note that the above documents must be uploaded in PDF format. It is recommended to have scanned copies of all documents ready before applying for the scholarship.
- The University reserves the right to reject any scholarship application if the required supporting documents are not submitted by the applicant.
- The scholarship award will be communicated at the time of the Admission Offer.
- Any such revision in the scholarship policy will apply to all candidates and is final and binding.
Recipients of merit and means scholarship will continue to receive the scholarship for the full duration of the program, provided they maintain the academic performance specified in the scholarship award letter.
The University reserves the right to withdraw Student Financial Aid and scholarships if the applicant fails to provide the required supporting documents from time to time.
For Means-cum-Merit Scholarships, the University may review and cancel the scholarship if any verified complaint regarding misrepresentation of family income is received against the scholarship holder.

2) Post-Admissions Scholarships
There is a range of scholarships and financial support available, which a student may avail only after taking admission.
Scholarships and financial support are available to students during their course of study at CEPT.
* Teaching Assistantship
* Student Assistantship
* Research Assistantship
To give hands-on experience and develop skills beyond classroom study, students are encouraged to take up these assistantships. It involves them to help faculty in research, teaching activities or take up the given work in the different University offices including library, archives, laboratory, workshops, student services. Requirements for the same are put up by the concerned depts. and payment is calculated on an hourly basis.
The University offers a provision for reimbursement of interest on educational loans obtained by students from nationalised or scheduled banks. The reimbursement shall be limited to 50% of the interest paid, in accordance with the University’s applicable rules and guidelines.
Interest Subsidy Scheme for Educational Loans
Number of Recipients: All students who meet the eligibility criteria.
Eligibility Criteria: Annual family income as applicable from time to time.
Required Documents:
- Educational Loan Sanction Letter issued by the bank.
- Interest Paid Certificate from the bank for the current financial year, clearly stating:
The actual interest component paid
through EMIs.
Certification must be officially issued by the bank.(Note: Probable interest will not be considered.) - Income Tax Return (ITR) for the current Financial Year/Assessment Year.
- Bank Account Details of the student
- Copy of the passbook or a cancelled cheque.
Note: The bank account must be in the name of the student applying for the subsidy.
Financial Aid Details
- Subsidy Amount: 50% reimbursement of the interest paid on the educational loan during the specified period.
- Only the interest paid through EMIs will be considered for reimbursement
- Probable or unpaid interest will not be eligible under this scheme.
3) Sponsored Scholarships
Organizations under their CSR education support program provide financial support to the needy and meritorious students to facilitate continuation of education and in enhancing their academic performance.

Arunkumar & Ramniklal Mehta Scholarship (ARRA Scholarship)
ARRA Scholarship, one of the Rosy blue Foundation's flagship initiatives, is a merit-based, fully funded scholarship inspired by and in memory of Shri. Ramniklal Mehta and Shri. Arunkumar Mehta. - Full Tuition Coverage: 100% funding for your academic program.
- Living expenses:
- College Hostel – Coverage as per the fee structure provided by college
- Paying Guest/Rented Accommodation – matching amount of the college hostel or proof of accommodation (rent slips/rent agreement) whichever is lower.
- Maintenance Allowance: An annual allowance of Rs. 30,000 to cover necessary incidental expenses (books, stationery, communication, internet, etc.) during term time.

Eligibility Criteria for Scholarship:
- For UG Program
- Top scorer in NATA for B.Arch degree Program
- Between 17 and 25 years of age at the time of application
- High school graduate in India
- For PG Program
- Top scorer admitted in M.Arch degree program
- Completed bachelor’s degree in India
- Common Criteria
- Registered full time student at CEPT for B.Arch and M.Arch degree program
- Annual household income below ?35,00,000 (Rupees thirty-five lakh) for the financial year ending March 31, 2024
- Indian origin (resident of India).
- Active involvement in clubs, sports, community service, research, or other extracurricular activities.
Selection Criteria
- Utmost importance shall be given to academic excellence, character, and commitment of the applicant
- Selection shall be made without regard to applicant’s gender, caste, race, marital status, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, social background, creed, or disability
Scholarship Application Process:
- Complete the online application form on the official website www.rosybluefoundation.org/scholarship.html submitting your academic transcripts, extracurricular certificates, statement of purpose, financial documents etc.
- Provide 3 recommendation letters from teachers, employers, or mentors. Download the format from the website and send it to your recommender. Letters should be sent directly to the ARRA scholarship team via email (preferred) or post.
- Attend an in-person Panel interview if shortlisted.
Important Deadlines:
- Submission of Online Application Form: 30th September 2024
- Submission of Recommendation letters: 7th October 2024
Recipients of the scholarship will continue to receive the scholarship for the full duration of the program subject to maintaining result in top 15% in their class.

Erach & Meheroo Mehta Memorial-FFE Scholarship at CEPT University
The Erach and Mehroo Mehta Memorial Scholarship is introduced through the support of Mr. Ruyintan Mehta in memory of his parents. It will be implemented through the Foundation For Excellence India Trust in partnership with CEPT University. We are very thankful to Mr. Ruyintan Mehta for his generous support for this Scholarship Program.
Mission Statement:
The mission of FFE is to bring about a transformation in the lives of academically bright but economically underprivileged students in India by enabling them to complete their higher education in India.
Eligibility Criteria:
Students must meet the following academic & financial qualifying criteria for eligibility for FFE-CEPT scholarship program:
- Combined Family Income: 3 lakh or less per annum
- The applicants should have passed their Higher Secondary/Intermediate/ CBSE/ISC or equivalent not earlier than 2022, 2023 or 2024
- Only for BE/B.Tech & BArch students currently in 1st
- Students should have gained admission through an Entrance exam
Scholarship Details
- Scholarship amount of INR 50,000/- annually until graduation
- Renewal Scholarship
- Students will renew their application every year to indicate continuation of
- Need to upload grade cards to indicate that they have cleared all subjects in the first
- In case of failure in any subject, students might receive 50% scholarship based on a) reason for failure b) discretion of the
- Employability enhancing skilling & Training will be provided along with Mentorship in 3rd Year to make you Job ready.
APPLICATION PROCESS – 1st Year:

Upload the following primary documents on eligibility:
- Mark Sheet for Higher Secondary (12th/PUC/Intermediate) Examination
- Entrance Test Marks & Rank Certificate
- Counselling, Admission or Seat Allotment Letter
- Copy of Aadhaar
- Income Certificate
- Receipts for Actual Expenses incurred for current year (College Fee and/or Hostel/Mess fee)
You will receive an initial call from FFE Team and once your application is selected, upload the following secondary documents
- Bonafide Student Certificate
- Statement of Estimated Expenses for the current academic year Issued by your College
- Bank Passbook Copy For Bank Account Details Confirmation
- Parent's or Guardian's Declaration (will be available in the application).
Last date 30th Nov.
RENEWAL APPLICATION PROCESS – Subsequent Years of study:
Welcome email will be sent to renew you application in the month of June
Create your renewal application before 31st Oct.
Upload the following documents
- Bonafide certificate – indicating the year of study
- Receipts of fees paid in the current year after
- Odd semester grade card
- Even semester grade card
- Bank passbook copy (Optional if change in Account details)
- Statement of expenses for the current year of study (Optional)
