CEPT Research Symposium 2025

CEPT University is pleased to announce the fifth edition of the annual CEPT Research Symposium with a two-day event organized on 7-8 February, 2025. The symposium will focus on the advanced academic and professional research at the University.

This symposium is designed to provide a platform for sharing research findings and experiences, as well as to learn from peer and expert reviews and discussions. The symposium will cover the domain of urban planning and urban studies on the first day, and architecture and built environment on the second day. A select group of CEPT doctoral scholars with diverse intellectual interests in these fields are going to present their work-in-progress ideas based on curated themes throughout the day. The day one will have thematic presentations on Informality, Statutory Planning, and Urban Governance. The day two will have doctoral scholars and faculty members  presenting their work on Spatial Expressions, Extracting meanings through on-ground research, and exploring Alternate Knowledge Systems. Scholars and researchers with diverse intellectual interests in the above-mentioned fields are encouraged to attend the annual symposium.
