The Human Resources Office supports the development and implementation of all the Staff policies, procedures and programs for all Academic and Non-Academic staff at CEPT University.

The aim of Human Resources Office is to be responsive to the changing needs of staff members and evolving institutional requirements as the University undertakes the process of renewing the its commitment to excellence in education and research. The University believes in fostering an environment of academic and research excellence while creating a safe and appropriate work environment for all.
