The exhibition will be open to all from 13 to 26 Sep 2022, 8 am to 8 pm.
The goal of establishing CEPT Excellence Awards is to ratchet up excellence in teaching and learning at the University. The Excellence Awards and Exhibition aim to recognize and celebrate the best student work, done as part of studio units each semester, and identified by a special jury appointed by the University.
The winners of the CEPT Gujral Awards will also be announced at the inauguration of the exhibition.
A total of 11 individual student projects and 5 studio units have been recognized for their excellent work. Further, from these selected student projects, the review panel has selected the top three student projects who will receive an additional cash prize from CEPT Gujral Foundation Excellence Awards.
For the Spring 2022 semester, 19 individual works and 10 studio units were shortlisted for the excellence award presentation. The review panel comprised Steven Smith, Suranjana Satwalekar, Walter Dsouza, and Sameep Padora.
Along with the excellence awards, tutors and staff who have made excellent contributions to the University through their performance will be recognized with a citation and a cash award.
Your presence at the event will not only encourage the award-winning students and studio units, it will also go a long way in motivating other students and tutors to strive for excellence in their studio units going forward.
