CEPT University Signs MoU with IOER, Dresden, Germany

CEPT University has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Leibniz Institute of Ecological Urban and Regional Research (IOER), Dresden, Germany, to foster academic and research collaboration in areas of mutual interest.

The MoU was formally exchanged between Barjor Mehta, President, CEPT University, and Dr. Mathias Jehling, IOER. The partnership aims to promote joint research initiatives, academic exchange, collaborative publications, and knowledge-sharing in the domains of ecological urbanism and regional research.

The visit also included distinguished international scholars, Dr. Monika Kuffer, GeoAI Specialist, University of Twente and Prof. Paulo Silva, Asst. Professor, Department of Social, Political and Territorial Sciences, University of Aveiro.

The visit and the MoU signing were spearheaded by Prof. Sejal Patel and Prof. Saswat Bandyopadhyay from Faculty of Planning, whose efforts were instrumental in initiating and consolidating this collaboration.
