Kavya Gala (FD UG 23), Faculty of Design (FD), CEPT University, achieved a Guinness World Record for the Longest Frog Stand Duration, holding the position for 4 minutes and 10 seconds. The record was accomplished in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.

As defined by Guinness World Records, the Frog Stand is a calisthenics balance position in which the body is supported entirely on the hands, with the knees resting on the upper arms. The posture demands sustained upper-body strength, core stability, balance, and continuous control. To qualify for the record, the position must be held without interruption for the maximum possible duration under monitored and verified conditions.
