Chhagan is appointed as Metal Workshop Technician from December 18th, 2014 at CEPT Workshops. He holds vocational training as Welder (ITI Welding) followed by apprenticeship for a year. He holds a total 14 years of work experience of which 7 years of industrial experience. Before joining CEPT University, Chhagan worked at Arvind Ltd (2011 - 2014) as maintenance in-charge of engineering workshop.

 

At CEPT Workshops he is responsible to train/teach students and help faculties with everything related to metal. Processing materials like MS or SS sheet, pipe, rods, etc to desired workpiece. He is skilled to work on all the machines including, cutting, bending, welding, drilling, finishing etc. with metal. He can work with Metal at Scale 1:1 prototypes as well as miniature models (Scale models). He is also the contact person (in-charge) for tools issue and return plus allocate table space in Metal Workshop.
