About Maulik Chauhan

Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Planning. His work sits at the intersection of urban design, public policy, and community development, with a specialised focus on the design, management, and transformation of public and street spaces.
Maulik Chauhan is an architect who graduated from CEPT University and is an alumnus of a Master of Arts from NUS, Singapore, specialising in Urban design. Presently, an Assistant Professor at CEPT University, he teaches in the master’s and bachelor’s programs in the Faculty of Planning. He has taught in CEPT for eight years across different programs and levels. He is a doctoral scholar focusing on developing an understanding of the power dynamics in the production of street space.
