About Ravi S Sannabhadti

Senior Assistant Professor and Faculty Coordinator in the Faculty of Planning, primarily teaching courses that explore the intersections of urban planning and social issues. His research focus is on social equity, inclusion, and vulnerability that manifest in our cities. He is particularly interested in the use of qualitative methods and field-based explorations in teaching and sensitising students
Social worker and urban planner by education, Ravi has experience working on social equity and community development issues since 2001, across the thematic areas of disaster response & rehabilitation, integrated water management, affordable housing, and urban poverty & sustainable livelihoods. The experience spans work profiles in policy analysis, research, capacity building & program management roles.
