A: MBA (Urban Management) will be awarded after completion of the program.

A: It is a two year full-time postgraduate program.

A: There is no provision of dual degree presently. However, CEPT University allows you to take up to certain credits as electives from the pool of courses offered by other faculties—Architecture, Planning, Design and Technology—at the university.

A: Yes, last year student of Urban Management program went to Hongkong for one weeklong International Immersion program along with the students of Master’s of Planning program. This year a Global Immersion program with University of Denver is proposed in the summers.

A: CEPT University and the University of Denver, USA have officially signed a Letter of Intent (LoI), marking a significant step toward academic collaboration and global engagement. CEPT University also has a tie up with University of Melbourne, Australia for student exchange.

A: Yes, CEPT University has a tie up with University of Melbourne, Australia for student exchange in 4th semester. This year a student of Urban Management program went to Australia in sem 4. Additionally, there is a global immersion program with University of Denver to be offered in the summer.

A: Not required.

A: For candidates with more than two years of professional experience, both references may be professional or a mix of professional and academic. For others, at least one of the references must be from academic background. Please do not mention family members or close relatives as references. If such references are found in any application, it may be rejected at a later stage of the application process.

It will consist of Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs) related to Verbal English, Logical Reasoning, and Mathematical Ability.

A: No. the work (professional) experience is counted as the full-time experience gained after the completion of qualifying degree.

A: This program opens up new avenues for young professionals to upgrade their capacities and credentials, and seek employment with management consultancies, infrastructure development and project management companies, local governments, real-estate and asset management consultancies. Similarly, Not-for-Profit companies and NGOs providing service in community development and social services need managers who possess an understanding of overlapping public services, public decision-making and advocacy.

MUM Students have received good response at the campus placements. Students from previous batches are working in organizations like Deloitte, CBRE, KPMG, EY, Pravi Research,  Saath, Centre for Water and Sanitation of CEPT University, iForest, RX Propellent pvt ltd, Swachh Bharat Mission, PricewaterHouse Coopers (PwC), Swadhar, etc.

A. Students receive competitive salaries as per the prevalent market norms varying for each organization. Individual specific factors like the student’s calibre, subject knowledge, commitment, interest area, soft skills, location, etc affect the package offered.
