Choice Based Curriculum

Choice-based curriculum at CEPT is built for personalized learning, allowing students to take ownership of their learning curve and align their interests, strengths, and career goals. This autonomy fosters deeper engagement and intrinsic motivation. Flexibility and wide choice in electives enabling students to think across domains and address real-world challenges holistically. It also supports the development of a diverse skill set, making graduates more adaptable and employable. Our curriculum creates space for academic innovation, keeping the educational environment responsive to evolving knowledge fields, industry demands, and individual aspirations — ultimately shaping well-rounded, self-directed learners.
Twice a year, CEPT University’s Summer and Winter School (SWS) program offers an extensive array of over 100 courses per term, providing students with a wide range of learning opportunities. From the third semester onwards (Levels L2, L3, and L4), students are encouraged to review studio outlines, interact directly with faculty, ask questions, and seek guidance before finalizing their studio selections. This process promotes informed decision-making and helps align choices with individual interests and academic aspirations.
