Eligibility
National Applicants
Applicants for the M.Tech. program in the general category shall have a minimum of 50% aggregate marks and those in the reserved categories shall have a minimum of 45% aggregate marks for the qualifying degrees from a recognized institution.
Qualifying Degrees
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering / Construction Technology / Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Urban Design (Architecture and Urban Design- minimum 5 years) from a recognized institution.
International/Foreign Applicants
Eligibility and Qualifying Degrees
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering / Construction Technology / Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Urban Design (Architecture and Urban Design- minimum 5 years) from a recognized institution with a minimum of 50% of aggregate marks.
Sponsored Candidates
5 seats from 48 seats for the M. CEM program are sanctioned for sponsored candidates.
