Eligibility
National Applicants
Applicants for the M.Tech. program in the general category shall have a minimum of 50% aggregate marks, and those in the reserved categories shall have a minimum of 45% aggregate marks in qualifying degree (or equivalent) from a recognized University / Institution.
Qualifying Degrees
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering / Construction Technology / Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
International/Foreign Applicants
Eligibility and Qualifying Degrees
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering / Construction Technology / Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution with a minimum of 50% of aggregate marks.
Sponsored Candidates
4 seats from 36 seats for the M. SED program are sanctioned for sponsored candidates.
