Any IPR issues are addressed prior to inclusion of the material in the archives.

Preservation: Material available in physical forms is digitized at the best resolution, for its longevity and good quality outputs. To ensure the security of all digital material, multiple backups are maintained.

Dissemination: The Archive functions to serve the wide-spread community of students, researchers, and others interested, by providing them information, digitally and/or physically. The sanctity the Copy rights and credits is maintained throughout these processes. Dissemination is carried out in line with the term agreed upon in the legal agreements between the material donors and the Archive.

The archive promotes public interaction, institutional collaborations, and digital services, to provide and sustain a unique environment for critical inquiry and scholarly exchange.
