Alekhya Veera Valli (FA PG ’18) and Prerna Yadav (FA PG ’20) have won the second position in the
Urban Revamp national competition. The design brief was to reimagine two typical neighbourhood scale, public spaces in Bangalore. Their proposal
'Urban Re-hash' had CV Raman Nagar as the site.
The competition was a place making exercise to transform an urban void into an active node that serves as a connector for pedestrians between various transit lines and a thriving public space. They are invited to have meetings with the BBMP officials for the feasibility assessment phase to finalise a proposal for further implementation.
