About IT Services
The mission of IT Services is to enable the effective use of information technology in support of the University. Our primary focus is on providing information technology products and services that meet the needs of the CEPT community and achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
IT Services is responsible for overseeing CEPT’s academic and administrative systems and the information technology infrastructure that supports them. IT Services strives to enable communication and collaboration among information technology professionals and users of information technology at CEPT. IT staff is committed to supporting all members of the University in their academic and administrative work.
The IT Service provides the central information technology services and management for the CEPT University community. IT services comprise four distinctive service functions Information Security, IT Customer Service, Technology Operations and Enterprise Systems as one Team.
Working with technology service partners throughout the university's academic and administrative units, IT Services supports and address the university's computing and telecommunications needs.
IT Services at CEPT University aims in providing a robust infrastructure for campus computing and in identifying and deploying new technologies that enable academic innovation in teaching, learning, research, and scholarship.
