General Guidelines
Updates on GO DIGIT GENERAL INSURANCE CO for Group Mediclaim Insurance and Group Personal Accident Insurance for all employees: Teaching (Core & Adjunct), Non-Teaching and Support Staff.

In case of need, employees can refer to the features of GMC & GPA (side link) for additional information. Later, submit the claim form (side link) with necessary bills, certificates and documents duly certified by Doctors (with your contact no. mobile or landline) to Ms. Priya Singh, Human Resources Office. They will submit your claim forms to the Insurance Company on your behalf. Contact person for any guidance from Insurance Company is as below.

For Cashless Payment Option:

GO DIGIT GENERAL INSURANCE CO for all Network list, you may go to the given link https://www.paramounttpa.com/Home/ProviderNetwork.aspx. It displays a list of hospitals under the Insurance network, where if admitted during Health/accident related issues, Staff will get Cashless Payment Option as you are covered under the insurance. For more details, please contact the Human Resources Office, CEPT University.

For Claim option:

Immediately inform the HR office/Insurance Co./Broker either through mail/fax/or verbally over phone (Within 48 hours of admission from Hospital). Please note that the hospital should be in the approved hospital list by Go Digit Insurance. Following information must be provided.

  1. Id No. or Policy No.
  2. Name of the Hospital
  3. Hospitalization date
  4. Disease or Type of treatment
  5. Approximate cost of treatment
