CEPT University signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Bihar Institute of Public Administration & Rural Development (BIPARD), Gaya, Government of Bihar, on 29 December 2025 at the BIPARD office, to strengthen collaboration on training and capacity-building initiatives for government officials.

The partnership reflects a shared commitment to strengthening public institutions through agile, practice-based learning that responds to complex governance and development challenges. Under this collaboration, CEPT Professional Programs (CPP), the executive education arm of CEPT University, will design and deliver need-based, policy-relevant training programs aligned with the evolving requirements of public sector institutions.

CPP collaborates with public sector partners across India to co-design capacity-building initiatives that enhance decision-making, implementation capacity, and citizen-centric outcomes in both urban and rural contexts. The MoU with BIPARD advances this mission by leveraging CEPT University’s expertise in the built environment and public policy to deliver targeted, real-world training programs aimed at cultivating responsive institutions and agile leadership.

CEPT University acknowledged the leadership and support of Dr. B. Rajender, I.A.S., Director General, BIPARD, and Dr. Safeena A. N., I.A.S., Additional Director General, in enabling this collaboration. The University also recognised the efforts of Dr. Ritesh Ravi and Mr. R. P. Sahni for initiating and facilitating the partnership.
