Reflecting CEPT’s sustained commitment to diversity and inclusion, this marks the fifth consecutive year in which undergraduate programs have achieved more than 60% female representation. The 2025 intake comprises 61% women and a wide regional intake, continuing a tradition of inclusivity.
All first-year students will begin their academic journey with the CEPT Foundation Program (CFP) — a shared foundation designed to develop technical skills, foster collaborative and interdisciplinary learning, and encourage critical thinking.
To ensure a smooth transition, CEPT hosted academic and non-academic orientations on 18 – 19 Aug. The sessions introduced students to campus facilities, connected them with faculty and peers, and familiarized them with CEPT’s distinctive studio-based and interdisciplinary approach to learning.
Welcoming the new cohort, Prof. Barjor Mehta, President, highlighted the institution’s proud legacy of excellence. He reminded students of the importance of mutual respect within the CEPT community — among peers, teachers, and staff alike — emphasizing that it is through respect that ideas grow, friendships flourish, and creativity thrives.
