CEPT Alum Named Among AD New Wave 2026 Winners

Naomy Parikh
Doro, a design practice founded by Naomy Parikh (FA UG 11), has been recognised as one of the winners of the inaugural AD New Wave 2026 by Architectural Digest India.

Founded in Ahmedabad in 2018, Doro works across architecture, interiors, and research-driven spatial interventions that are ecologically responsive and materially rooted. The practice treats terrain, labour, climate, and social life as the generative forces of built form, working closely with artisans and local communities to favour tactile construction, regional intelligence, and inhabitation shaped by context. The earthen farmhouse in Jaspur, Vadodara, located amidst ravines and dense neem groves, demonstrates the studio’s landscape-responsive design approach.
