Certificates Conferred on Participants of CEPT Professional Programs in New Delhi

Seventy-eight participants from 13 states, who successfully completed the Municipal Contract Management and Financing Cities certificate programs jointly offered by CEPT Professional Programs (CPP) and the CEPT Urban Planning and Design Foundation (CUPDF) under the Urban Renaissance Tech Program (URTP) of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA), Government of India, were conferred certificates at the Convocation Ceremony held on 13 June 2026 at Vigyan Bhavan, New Delhi.

The convocation ceremony was held in the presence of Mr. P. K. Mishra, Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister of India; Mr. K. Srinivas, Secretary, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs; Ms. D. Thara, Additional Secretary, MoHUA; Ms. Rohina Gupta, Director, MoHUA; Dr. Debolina Kundu, Director, NIUA; and Dr. Subhrangsu Goswami, Dean, CEPT Professional Programs, CEPT University, along with senior government officials, urban practitioners, and institutional representatives from across the country.

The convocation marked the successful completion of the programs by professionals from government and allied sectors, reaffirming the shared commitment of MoHUA and CEPT University to strengthening institutional capacity and developing skilled professionals to support India’s rapidly evolving urban sector.
