Seats and Eligibility
Bachelor’s in Urban Design
Eligibility for seats to be filled in by CEPT University (All India Category):
Admissions 2024 - Seats and Minimum Eligibility criteria: BUD
For the academic session 2024-25 the eligibility is:
1) No candidate shall be admitted to urban design course unless she/he has passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with either Chemistry or Biology or Technical Vocational subject or Computer Science or Informatics Practices or Engineering Graphics or Business Studies with at least 45% marks in aggregate or passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 45% marks in aggregate. In both the cases the candidate must have appeared and qualified in the aptitude test i.e. NATA 2024
* - A candidate shall have passed the Diploma (I0+ 3) of any stream with Mathematics as a compulsory subject from
(a) The Technical Examination Board, Gujarat State
Or
(b) A University established or incorporated by or under a Central or a State Act or an institution declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act. 1956 (3 or 1956)
2) Candidates who have cleared the qualifying examination from schools located outside India with minimum eligibility criteria as prescribed by Council of Architecture from time to time and equivalency defined by Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi are eligible to apply for Bachelor of Urban Design.
3) The candidate must have passed in all subjects of the qualifying examination from a single board of education.
Note: Additionally, the student will have to meet the minimum qualifying marks in National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) examination (valid NATA score) for the corresponding year.

All seats will be filled in by CEPT University (All India Category): These seats shall be filled from the candidates who have passed the qualifying examination (10+2) from the schools located in India (including Gujarat State, Diu, Daman and Dadra Nagar Haveli) and have cleared the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA). Merit list for these seats shall be prepared by CEPT University based on merit.
