Bonafide Certificate Application: can be submitted to SSO in case of applying for Education loan or any other non-academic purposes, where a student will be required to produce proof of being a student at CEPT U. SSO will issue the Bonafide Certificate for this purpose. For academic purposes such as data collection or field trips, the relevant Faculty Admin will provide the bonafide certificate.

Lost & Found Form: to be filled up by students who have either lost or found items/ belongings on campus. The SSO will display a list of records of “lost and found” items at its office to facilitate students to claim their lost/found items. The list will be updated every Tuesday.

Indemnity letter for Wi-Fi:Please fill up and sign the Indemnity letter and submit to SSO office to avail the Wi-Fi password. Please make sure that you read all the instructions given carefully before signing the letter.
