Redressal of Grievances of Students

Student Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC) 

As per UGC notification dated 11 April 2013, the Student Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC) has been constituted with the objective of resolving grievances of students already enrolled as well as those seeking admissions.

Grievance includes complaint(s) made by any of the student in respect of the following :-

  • Admissions
  • Refund of fees in case of cancellation or withdrawal of admissions.
  • Delay in payment of scholarships
  • Conduct of examinations
  • Assessment
  • Alleged discrimination
  • Harassment or victimization 

 

The Student Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC) comprises of the following members:

All the students may henceforth approach the Student Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC) for any grievances

 

OMBUDSPERSON

Grivances not resolved by the StudentsGrievance Redressal Committee may be refered to the Ombudsperson.  

The University, as per regulation, has appointed a retired Professor from MS University, Vadodara as the Ombudsperson.
