Refund Policy

For Admission to Postgraduate & Undergraduate programs 2021-22

  • In case of cancellation of admission for transfer from one postgraduate/undergraduate program to the other within CEPT University, the fee amount collected from the candidate for the program shall be transferred to the other.
  • In case the candidate/s who having paid the fees, requests in writing to the institution in which he/she is granted admission, for refund of fee paid by him/her by 31st October 2021, 5 pm there will be no cancellation charges and entire amount of paid fee will be refunded to the student.
  • In case the candidate who having paid the fees gets his admission cancelled after 31st October 2021 till 31st December 2021, 5 pm and requests in writing for refund of fee paid; in such case the fee shall be refunded after deducting Rs.1000/- as processing fee.
  • In case the candidate who having paid the fees after getting admission gets his admission cancelled after 31st December 2021, and requests in writing for refund of fee paid; in such case 100 per cent of paid tuition fees will be deducted.
  • Any student can voluntarily withdraw admission to the program at any time by writing to the Dean of the concerned Faculty. A student withdrawing his/her admission and leaving during Mid-Course of the semester will not be entitled for refund of fees partially or fully.
  • All policies and procedures shall be as laid down by CEPT University except as decided by the management of CEPT University. 

All requests for cancellation of admissions and request for refund of fees shall be made by the applicant on the admission portal and/or in writing and email to admissions office admissions@cept.ac.in on or before 5:00 PM on the last date as applicable according to this refund policy. No verbal request will be entertained.

* - The closure date of postgraduate admissions –  9th August 2021.

* - The closure date of undergraduate admissions –  20th November 2021                                                                                                                        

Please note that the refund of fees as applicable shall be only disbursed within one month of closure of admission.

 

NOTE:

  1. The first day of orientation /& induction program will be considered as the date of joining the program.
  2. The above refund policy will be applicable irrespective of whether the student has attended any class or not.
  3. Kindly note that it is the sole responsibility of the student to submit all required documents for timely processing of refund.
