New tutors as well as tutors previously involved with the university are expected to submit a proposal, identifying the learning outcomes for the studio and an outline of the exercise to be offered to enable sequential learning. Proposals are accepted throughout the year. Please find a basic template for the proposal presentation here. You can submit your proposal presentations on tlc@cept.ac.in
A studio preparation workshop is organized where each unit makes a presentation. Further consultations are held with the Course Development Committee, which is responsible to approve proposals. The process might take at least a fortnight. On approval of the Proposal, a Letter of Appointment will be issued by the Dean of individual faculties.
To help the tutors plan their studio, refer to the Structure of Studio, which contains guidelines for studio attendance, grading, semester end requirements. Tutors may find the Proposal Presentation Template and a sample studio proposal form for reference in the side bar for download purpose.
