Expression of Interest (EoI) For Development and Implementation of University Management System (UMS)

Date of Announcement: 5th January 2021

CEPT University is inviting Expression of Interest (EoI) from experienced software developers / IT consultants for developing and implementing University Management System (UMS) for the University. The primary objectives of the UMS are, a) to create a fully integrated system to facilitate day to day operations, and b) to create a robust backend database and analytics for decision support.

Based on the EOI, competent companies/firms will be shortlisted, and the Request for Proposal (RFP) will be shared only with the shortlisted firms. CEPT University reserves the right to carry out the assessment of the capability of the interested firms/companies and the decision of the University in this regard shall be final and binding to all. The shortlisted firms will be asked to suggest the most appropriate, modular, scalable and feasible implementation methodology for the entire project after a pre-bid meeting.

Shortlisted firms / companies will be informed on 22ndJanuary 2021

Please Note: Shortlisted firms / companies will be asked to submit proofs in the next phase of the selection. Companies / Firms failing to submit required proof will be disqualified from the process of selection.
