Alumni ID Card

All alumni of CEPT University can continue to avail various resources at CEPT University with the introduction of Alumni ID Card. With this card the University aims to offer many benefits along with access CEPT campus and facilities. Presently, the array of services available at this time are mentioned below.

Access CEPT Library, CEPT Workshops, CEPT Labs*
Use campus services like the CEPT Canteen, Stationary store and Campus printing services
Attend various events like exhibitions, seminars, lecture series, religious celebrations, annual functions etc. (except CEPT Garba festival)
In near future we aim to implement benefits and services for all our alumni members which they can avail even outside the University campus.
As CEPT University is now cashless for all its services, you can also use your ID card as a debit card for use at campus services. You can store money in the card, you can 'tap' it at one of the services to use the balance, and you can refill it again once it is empty. The card uses a technology similar to RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) for the required purpose.

Apart from the above benefits available to alumni card users, the use of alumni portal allows you to access a curated list of job postings relevant for CEPT alumni. Over the next few months, the university intends to add other functionality such as transcript requests to the same portal.

The following steps outline the process for issuing and using your ID card:

Log into your online profile on portal and submit the alumni card request form. You may also request your card by submitting Alumni ID card info form via email to CEPT Alumni Office at alumni@cept.ac.in along with your passport size photograph.
Upon receiving your request, alumni office staff will verify your information in the University records. Once your record is verified, your card will be issued within 7 working days.
We would like you to personally visit alumni office and CEPT campus to collect your alumni ID card but In case you are unable to visit the campus, we shall courier the same upon request.
There are no charges for the Alumni ID card, but in case the card is lost or misplaced, additional charges of Rs. 300/- will charged for reissuing of the new card.
