Campus Visit

Campus Entry Related Regulations and Visit Formalities. 

Students and Staff

  • Entry is allowed on All days between 6:00 am to 11:59 pm by showing the CEPT ID card at entry points.

 

Alumnus

  • Entry is allowed on All days between 8:00 am to 8:00 pm by showing the CEPT Alumni ID card at entry points.

 

Invited Guests, Vendors, Outside Students and Visitors

  • Invited guests and vendors shall be allowed entry on All days between 8:00 am to 8:00 pm after entry registration at the gate on arrival time after authorization from the concerned person/authority at CEPT (i.e., whom the visitor is going to meet or faculty admin in case of visiting faculty). 
    *Pre-authorization is not required

 

Outside Students and Visitors (with specific facilitation)

  • In case Outside Students and Visitors require facilitation during campus tour and permission for photography of campus, prior permission in prescribed Visitor Form  shall be requested on campusentry@cept.ac.in before 48 hrs of visit, and entry shall be allowed for approved requests only, between 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday

 

Campus Visit for Admission

Please fill out the form below to arrange for a guided tour of the campus visit. The form must be filled via link at least 48 hours prior (working days) to visit date and email to campusentry@cept.ac.in

The Student Services Office (SSO) will confirm your visit once you have completed the form.

Please choose your time slot wisely (Slot1- 11 AM-01 PM, Slot2- 02 PM-05 PM).

Campus Visit - For Admission

 

Please Note:

  • For Staff, Students, and Alumnus, possession of your CEPT ID card is a must.
  • All the Students, Staff, and visitors are advised to wear masks compulsory as a part of the covid protocol while on campus.
  • Bonafide certificate from other institutes/college students is mandatory for a campus visit for their study, thesis, and group visit.
  • The above mentioned arrangement may be subject to change on University holidays, special events, future conditions and Govt. advisory from time to time.
