*The hospital is frequently updated so please check the above list of hospitals covered under the Insurance before hospitalization.

*Students get their personal digital insurance card from their Dashboard: https://connect.cept.ac.in / insurance card

If you have any health/accidental issues, please follow the below steps:

Step 1: Choose Hospital from the above-mentioned link for a cashless facility. If you are admitted to a non-network hospital, in that case, you have to inform the Insurance Company through the Intimation form immediately.

In both conditions, the student must fill out the intimation form on the first day of hospitalization and email it directly to claim.intimation@paramounttpa.com and sso.studentinsurance@cept.ac.in /
Nilesh.goneka@jbbodamail.com / darshan.shah@paramounttpa.com.

Kindly submit the Claim Intimation Form to us.

Step 2: Students can avail the Cashless payment Reimbursement option in network hospitals. Please note that for non-network hospitals only a reimbursement option is available.

Step 3: Please fill up the GMC OR GPA Claim Form

Step 4: After discharge from the hospital, students have to fill up GMC/GPA claim form and submit a claim form with original bills, certificates, and other documents duly certified by the Doctor to the Student Services office (in hard copy) within 10 days from date of discharge from the hospital.
