Arunkumar & Ramniklal Mehta Scholarship (ARRA Scholarship)

ARRA Scholarship, one of the Rosy blue Foundation's flagship initiatives, is a merit-based, fully funded scholarship inspired by and in memory of Shri. Ramniklal Mehta and Shri. Arunkumar Mehta. This scholarship supports academically and socially inclined Indian students pursuing undergraduate and postgraduate education in leading institutions across India. ARRA Scholarship aims to promote academic excellence and recognise outstanding students with brilliant academic rigour, strong life purpose, leadership, and intellect.

CEPT - ARRA 100% Meritorious Scholarship for the students of Faculty of Architecture

Key Highlights

  • No. of Scholarships- 2 (1 UG) (1 PG)
  • Full Tuition Coverage: 100% funding for your academic program.
  • Living expenses:
  • College Hostel – Coverage as per the fee structure provided by college
  • Paying Guest/Rented Accommodation – matching amount of the college hostel or proof of accommodation (rent slips/rent agreement) whichever is lower.
  • Maintenance Allowance: An annual allowance of Rs. 30,000 to cover necessary incidental expenses (books, stationery, communication, internet, etc.) during term time.
  • Mentorship Opportunities: Access to a network of industry leaders and professionals for guidance and career development.

 Eligibility Criteria for scholarship:

  • For UG Program

- Top scorer in NATA for B.Arch degree Program
- Between 17 and 25 years of age at the time of application
- High school graduate in India

  • For PG Program
  • Top scorer admitted in M.Arch degree program
  • Completed bachelor’s degree in India
  • Common Criteria
  • Registered full time student at CEPT for B.Arch and M.Arch degree program
  • Annual household income below ?35,00,000 (Rupees thirty-five lakh) for the financial year ending March 31, 2024
  • Indian origin (resident of India).
  • Active involvement in clubs, sports, community service, research, or other extracurricular activities.

Selection Criteria

  • Utmost importance shall be given to academic excellence, character, and commitment of the applicant
  • Selection shall be made without regard to applicant’s gender, caste, race, marital status, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, social background, creed, or disability

Scholarship Application Process:

  1. Complete the online application form on the official website  www.rosybluefoundation.org/scholarship.html  submitting your academic transcripts, extracurricular certificates, statement of purpose, financial documents etc. 
  2. Provide 3 recommendation letters from teachers, employers, or mentors. Download the format from the website and send it to your recommender. Letters should be sent directly to the ARRA scholarship team via email (preferred) or post.
  3. Attend an in-person Panel interview if shortlisted.

 Important Deadlines:

  • Submission of Online Application Form:  30th September 2024
  • Submission of Recommendation letters: 7th October 2024  

Recipients of the scholarship will continue to receive the scholarship for the full duration of the program subject to maintaining result in top 15% in their class.
