Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (Honours) (BCE) Program

Admissions 2026 - Seats and Minimum Eligibility Criteria: 

Seats 

Total Intake: 40

Government Seats: 10

University Seats: 30

The admissions for Government Seats shall be conducted by the respective Admission Committee constituted in accordance with the provisions of the said Act. These seats shall be offered to the students who have passed the qualifying examination from an eligible Board located in the State of Gujarat.  The students who qualify as per the eligibility criteria and possess domicile of the State of Gujarat shall also be eligible for admission to Government Seats

Note: Gujarat-residing applicants can also apply through the University seats (All India Intake). 

Eligibility

Applicants for the B.Tech. program in the general category shall have a minimum of 45% aggregate marks, and those in the reserved categories shall have a minimum of 40% in the 12th Science examination with the qualifying subjects mentioned below.

And

For University seats(All India intake): Applicants should have appeared in JEE Main Paper 1 in the corresponding year.

For Government seats through ACPC: Applicants should have appeared in GUJCET in the corresponding year.

Qualifying Subjects

Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects with any one subject from Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology / Technical Vocational Subject of the respective board.

Application requirements

The entire application process will be online. The following are the steps and checklist for submitting the application forms.

1. Duly filled application form.
   
2. Marksheet of  12th Science. Applicants who have applied for rechecking should submit the requisite proof.
   
3. JEE Main Paper 1 test score.

Stage 1: Eligibility Check and Shortlist:

All applications received will be scrutinized for eligibility (as announced) based on the information provided/uploaded in the application form. Applicants meeting the eligibility criteria will be considered for Stage 2.

Stage 2: Merit List

The merit list of all eligible candidates shall be based on the JEE Main Paper 1 score of the corresponding year. The candidates can view their merit rank on the admission portal. Online admission offer will be sent to the candidates as per the merit rank through the registered email address of the candidate. The candidate shall be prepared to pay the fees in 2-3 working days after receiving the online offer.

Note:

1. If you have not received the 12th Marksheet by the time you apply for Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (Honours) (BCE) program, you should submit the BCE application form. You can upload your 12th Marksheet later through the admission portal when the results are declared.
   
2. Procedure for Admission to Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (Honours) (BCE) Program, Faculty of Technology, for the Academic year 2026-27 for Government seats is through ACPC with GUJCET scores. You can apply for BCE government seats on https://gujacpc.admissions.nic.in/home-8/be-b-tech/
